Athens, Ohio: Did you know that Athens is the biggest arts destination in the state outside of Cleveland? There are museums galore and tons of great public art installations, too. It’s an adult raodtrip and you can get a hotel room cheap. Just leave the laptop behind.
Columbus, Ohio: If your idea of a comforting weekend involves strolling in and out of stores and cute restaurants in an urban oasis, head to Columbus for an urban retreat. There are spas and lots of great restaurants and you can get around by public transportation without renting a car!
